Andrew Johnson brings relaxation to LCTF
Andrew Johnson joins The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation to strengthen leading patient support services by providing Vasculitis patients with relaxation and natural sleep support through his successful range of audio products. Andrew now stocks his Relaxation and Deep Sleep products through the LCTF website shop and is recording an exclusive relaxation MP3 product for Vasculitis patients through our website shortly. For the last 16 years Andrew has been working with individuals and groups teaching relaxation and coping skills.
In 1996, Andrew trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. This 18 month training changed his life and led him to go on to learn Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reiki, Stress Management Skills, Meditation and Mindfulness. “I am at my happiest teaching people why they should relax, how they can relax and why they should practice relaxation techniques”.
At the moment, Andrew’s workshops are limited to the UK and he has agreed to hold workshops at the Glasgow Vasculitis Support Group operated by The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation – look out for dates on our website for this workshop support session!
